History and architecture
The southern terminus of the Chilonzor Line opened on 26 December 2020 and spent almost three years as simply '5-bekat' (Station 5). It was named Chinor, 'plane tree', in August 2023 after residents proposed and voted on names. The station is elevated, with an island platform. Since 2024 a footbridge over Kipchak Street connects it to Qipchoq station on the Circle Line.
'Chinar' is the plane tree. The planned name was 'Kipchak'.
