History and architecture

The station opened on 26 December 2020 as '2-bekat' (Station 2) and was named Oʻzgarish, 'change', in August 2023. It stands on Mirzo Tursunzoda Street close to the Tashkent Ring Road, and planning documents called it Tursunzoda and Tashkent Ring Road. It is an elevated station with an island platform, an escalator and a lift.

Named after the local area. In the plans it was called 'Tashkent Ring Road' and 'Tursun-zade'.
