History and architecture
The narrowest station in the Tashkent Metro, and the only one entered through the door of an ordinary building: its surface vestibule is built into an office block. A single row of red granite columns runs down the platform against dark marble walls. Minor means 'minaret' and is the name of the surrounding area. The white Minor Mosque on the Ankhor canal was built later, in 2014, and is closer to Bodomzor.
