History and architecture

The first elevated station after Olmazor opened on 26 December 2020 as '1-bekat' (Station 1) and in 2023 took the name of the Choshtepa area. About a kilometre away stands the 12-metre citadel mound of Shashtepa, a hill fort considered the earliest settlement on the territory of Tashkent; the city's age is counted from it.

Named after the Choshtepa area.
