History and architecture

Of the five stations opened in April 2023, this was the only one with a design of its own. A presidential decree had already named it Paralympic Movement, and it was decorated to match: mosaics above the escalators, LED screens and a corner on the history of Uzbekistan's Paralympic sport. It opened under that name and became Matonat, “steadfastness”, in August 2023.
